What We do

Overview

SERVIR brings diverse stakeholders together to identify local development problems and co-design solutions that use satellite data, Earth science, and geospatial technologies. The resulting solutions are tailored, demand-driven decision-support products (tools, datasets, training resources, capacity building activities, etc). Our solutions go beyond standalone geospatial products – they are designed to be sustainable and maintained over the long term by implementing partners to support improved environmental decision-making.

By combining scientific innovation with local expertise, SERVIR co-develops practical, data-driven solutions that address partners’ priorities and strengthen decision-making at every level
